ABIT IC7 MAX3 + Aerocool DP-102 anyone?

Is anyone running this mobo with the Aerocool Deep Impact DP-102 cooler? This thing is a monster and I'm thinking of getting one, but I'm worried it will cause sh$t with the IC7 MAX 3's OTES system.

Any ideas?
