Abit IC7 bad cpu voltage ?

I have a 2.6C clocked at 3.0 (works fine at 3.25 too but I cant keep the ram on fast timings so the system is a bit slower)

Anyway the mobo is an IC7, cpu default seems to be 1.525 and I set it up at 1.575 V. Every windows progie I looked at reads a fluctuating voltage from 1.48 to 1.52 V !

Here is an ex with cpuz. I see the same with winbond hardware monitor etc.

the ic7's all of them do this look at mine for example:

i have mine set to 1.625v in the bios and look what i get.
