Hello.

I have this MoBo and I am putting it in another box. However, the box only has a power supply with 20+4 connectors. The 4 is in a separate socket. The MoBo has a 24+8 format, the 8 is in a separate socket (of course). The power supply, of 400W, is in perfect condition and I'd hate leaving it unused. I tried to insert the supply's connectors into the MoBo's sockets and they CAN be inserted. They can't be inserted in a wrong way.

The question only is whether this PSU will give the right voltages to the right pins in the power sockets of the MoBo.
