I have an E6700 with 8GB of G.Skill DDR2 800 sticks at 5-5-5-12. I'm currently pushing it at 3.4Ghz (340 x 10) at 1.395v and it's stable. I'm watercooling using a Swiftech Apogee Drive cooler. A Stealth GTX 240 in a closed loop non-reservoired system. My temps on both cores according to the latest CoreTemp is around 39c - 41c idle and around 45c - 50c loaded. Vdroop is around 1.350v - 1.375v depending on load. I've lapped this CPU to within .0005" total surface height tolerance with a surface finish that is around 6 - 8 RMS. I suspect and think that this CPU has plenty more to give, but I'm having some confusion on the issue of FSB timings.

My question is, is that I need to find some sort of other reference with respect to the type of overclock I'm getting? I don't know anyone else with a board and cpu setup like this. Also, my memory is running at 2:3 and I've read it's better or at least more optimal to run it at 1:1 if you can. I've read some other forum posts that the performance hit is completely irrelevant and in the white noise. You won't even tell in other words, but right now, as I stated before is that my confusion is coming from the FSB timings. Anyone have any idea what would be optimal e-peen at this point or can I get a few more inches for the sake of my own ego? Thanks for any input.
