I can't believe I'm posting this.
OK, maybe I'm off my OCD meds, or maybe it's that my laptop is cursed with a 1024x768 screen, but I can't quite get my FF3 to look the way I want it. To wit:
On the second toolbar, I'd like the Google Toolbar elements (on the right) to butt right up against the bookmark folders (on the left). As it stands, every time I type a word into the Google Toolbar search box, the search box and buttons shift jerkily to the left to accommodate the "find text" buttons (the ones in the screenshot that say "see right here") that the Google Toolbar generates.
This is very annoying.
If the Google Toolbar elements were "pinned" to the left, the "find text" buttons could expand into the empty space currently to the right of the bookmars folders. I have played with the customization options for longer than I'd care to admit, to no avail. Anybody have any idea how to do this? Or the number of a decent pshrink in the Bay Area?
