Recently my 9800pro has started doing strange things. It "seems" to of gone away since I stopped using AA. Strange stuff like in wow I will see an entire ocean with no water, but then one or two huge columns of it stretching into the sky. Or little multicolered texture butterfly looking things on snow. Pretty much just messed up geometry and textures where they dont belong sometimes.
 
OK, first the obligatory obvious question: what drivers are you running? Is the card OC'd? If so, drop it back to stock and see what happens.
