can anyone recommend a good AA battery charger. i use alot of AA eneloops.

I don't know if its good or not, but I bought the Eneloop charger w/batteries on amazon.
 
Maha C9000 or the La Crosse BC900 should be at the top of your list. Both are a bit pricey, around $50, but worth it. I have the Maha and it's been rock solid for over 2 years.
