K this is weird. by the way im using the catlyst 4.8 betas. if i go under settings under the video card and go to 3d options and under direct3d change my AA and AF and turn them on or off and then click ok. my wallpaper goes to a blue. then i restart and it still stays blue. it didnt do this with the catlyst 4.7's. does anyone else notice this problem?

i just installed the 4.9 betas now. it does it too. but i noticed it doesnt have to be AA and AF. i could change the resolution and the wallpaper still goes away. so its practically anything i do.

Is it an internet explorer background? As long as you're displaying wallpaper that is based on an actual file on your computer, it shouldn't clear. Give it a shot and let us know.

thanxs, the file was on my computer, but it was in a zip folder. so i unzipped it and showed that file as the background and now it doesnt disappear.
