Hey,
I finally got my Asus A8V today after like a week
I set it up with my 2x256 sticks just becasue they just happened to be near by with intent to install my 512 stick later. I put it in and booted up, no post. I took it out, post. Put it back in the other free slot, no post.
Read the manual, it doesn't seem to go into dual channel + extra stick. It was able to get dual channel with the 3 on my NF7-S, but it might be a diffrence in chipsets, i dunno?
I'd really like to not have to buy another stick of OCZ 3200EL as its more expensive now then when i bought it over a year ago, so if you have any ideas please let me know.
