Hi All,

See build info in sig.

Whenever I have a USB device plugged in my system, it tries to boot from it. Even if I go into the BIOS and tell it to ONLY boot from the RAID array it will revert back and try to hit the USB devices (iPod, WD 250 GB HD).

This is soooooooooooo annoying. Can anyone offer tips?

I've gone through the BIOS to turn off the USB devices as "boot devices" and it will work once, but after that it reverts to the wrong config where it tries to boot from either the iPod or the WD External USB drive.

This is uber annoying.

Instead of just changing the order, have you tried setting all other boot devices to 'disabled'?

Yes, I have tried that. Each time the machine reboots it rediscovers all the USB devices and tries to boot from them.

I used to have that problem on my K8V-SE Deluxe ive boot with my flash drive and my external usb harddrive attatched on my A8N32 and have not had that problem.

Well if anyone else has had this issue, please tell us how you fixed it.

I've even tried resetting to defaults but that did not help.
