You go into Bios under Advance and CPU Configuration and you will see memory settings at the bottom. If everything is set to auto it will set all your configurations automatically using SPD settings on your RAM. 1T and 2T are command rates which use the clock cycles between activation and when the command is issued. (Time period between both.)
