A8N-SLI Deluxe Won't Boot @ Over 1.5625 Volts

Hi,
I'm trying to OC my 3800+ Newcastle but when i set my CPU voltage at over 1.5625 volts, my PC just locks up at the ASUS enter BIOS screen, even at stock speed and i have to reset my CMOS.

Any other A8N-SLI Deluxe owners ever had this problem?

Temps are fine at 1.55 volts and the systems is stable and i have a 600w Enermax PSU so i dont think its a heat or PSU issue...
