I'm going to install vista ultimate. I'll will be using the SATA ports provided by the Nforce4 chipset. This raid array would not be my boot drive.

My question is: Do I need to supply additional drivers during install (similar to the F6 method of winxp)? Or maybe vista has built-in drivers already?

thank you

Vista has an i-SCSI initiator or SATA driver. It should find the boot drive automatically.

The raid array would appear after windows is installed and the appropriate driver was installed. It may even be detected in Vista setup. Haven't used a raid array in Vista setup yet.
