Which Lan Port should I use to get the highest proformest and the lowest CPU Useage. That MB Has 2 Lan Jacks a Marval Gigabit Lan and a Realtek 8201BL Lan PHY

Marvel Gigabit - better drivers IMO
RealTek is 10/100. If your concerned about data transfer and have fast hard drives then use the gigabit. If your concerned about an internet connection it makes no difference at all. Same with CPU utilization. Might be a difference but so slight as to be statistically insignificant. The disclaimer is drivers. If your using a buggy driver on one of the cards your overal performance and resource utilitizaton could be affected. Would be very unusual. I'd use the gigabit port myself, simply because you have the added bandwidth should you need and have an ability to use it. Beyond file transfers you won't see anything significant enough to be a factor.
