I have an A7N8X deluxe and it seems despite my efforts I cant get USB2.0 on it. every time I plug my Zen Xtra in (2.0 device) it complains its a high speed device in a low speed port. I have service pack 1 installed, every driver on asus's site installed (except for the extra ethernet), and the updated forceware (whatever its called). please help, its taken 7 hours to copy 3k mp3s!

Just out of curiosity, do you have any USB 1.1 peripherals plugged in anywhere? Because that will drop the overall bus speed down to 11Mbps.
Also, get SP2, there are lots of goodies: like a non-insane Windows Firewall and integrated pop-up blocking for IE.
