My 4200+ should be arriving in a couple days and I'm trying to decide on which cooler to go with. I'm currently stuck between the XP-90 and the XP-120. Is the XP-120 worth the extra 25.00? I plan on trying to overclock to some degree but nothing crazy (mostly because I'm running value ram). I'm just not quite sure if the XP-120 is worth the exrta cash. I was told the XP-120 should fit on my A8N-SLI Premium so I'm not worried about that. Any input would be appreciated.

The XP-120 will be worth the extra cash if everything fits. Pair it up with a low-noise Nexus Real Silent/Yate Loon D12SL and you'll be good.
