A64 overclock "going bad?"

A64 3500+ winchester
Abit AV8
2x512 OCZ 3200EL Plat rev.2

All stuff is about 3 months old
At first I could run 11x240 for a nice 2640Mhz. rock solid at 1.575 v.
Temps were around 48-50C under load.

Now, 2640 will not stay stable, even 2600 isn't.
It locks up in 3d or kicks to desktop.
Other than the temp change in my room as the season warms up, I can't think of anything.
The temps stay around 50-55, so that can't be it

any ideas?
Can the memory controller get flaky on the chip?
I heard they are unique to each chip?
Reinstall Windows?
My memory ?
Powersupply getting weird?
Switch to a NF3 board and all is good??? <<

I chalk it up to the CPU I guess, since I switched to AMD for the first time. These A64's just seem a little "shakier" than what I am used to.
=) I know my P4 overclock was solid for almost 18 months, and never crashed or anything!
