A64 heatsink recommendations

I'm in the market for a new heatsink, as I am upgrading my system.

I currently use a Vantec Aeroflow, and I love it. Performs admirably without too much noise, just for comparison of what I'm with now.

I have a couple criteria for the new HSF:
1. I can't afford a really expensive one.
2. I had a delta black label on my cpu once...never again :p Tired of hearing an aircraft spin up everytime my pc is on.
3. I'm going to overclock, and run everyday with it overclocked.
4. There is a window in my case, it has to look neat.

I'm going to be running an A64 3000+ socket 754.

I've been looking at the Thermalright XP-90, and the Thermaltake Venus.

The XP-90 is a really good cooler. That or a Zalman 7000cu(for quietness they cant be beaten) + they perform really well. Either of the two will let you overclock some and should be pretty quiet. The Zalman probably looks prettier from outside the case as you can't see the XP-90 under its fan :)

For pure overclocking, i'd take the XP-90 cause you can bolt tonnes of different fans on them to increase your overclock.

If you chose either of those two you wont be dissapointed
