A64 and A64FX memory

AMD was lazy and didn't go ahead and change the core of the FX-51 so it could use unbuffered DIMM's. The FX-51 is really just an Opteron processor with two of its three Hyper Transport links disabled and they both use registered RAM. Registered RAM is only needed in server environments as it spends an extra clock cycle checking the memory for errors which isn't needed in a desktop but could be life and death in a server.
