Is the top of the processor (where the verbage is written) the actual core itself or is it a heatspreader? (i think i remenber reading where someone pried one off and underneath it looked similar to the XPs). Im asking because im going to be using a danger den RBX waterblock and it misses covering the entire top by about 1/16 on the long sides. Now if the top is just a heat spreader, then it should be fine, if not, ill have to get another waterblock.
 
Looks cool like that. I wonder how he shimed it, or what sink he used to protect the core.
