A64 3000+ 939....or.....A64 3200+ 939?????

Just wanted to see what you guys thought about that cause i am building a sn95g5 setup and was planning on using a 3500+, but saw that links in HotDeals for the 3200 and 3000 for 200 bucks. just wondering if the extra 150 bucks is worth it.

People claim that the chips are speed-binned, so generally those 3500+s are supposed to OC higher, but you never really low. I'd say if you were short on cash the 3200+ or 3000+ would be a good buy because people normally run them at 10x< multiplier anyway.

Also, any 3000+ and 3200+ you buy will be 90nm parts. The 3500+ will be 130nm.

I say go for the 3200+ with the 10x multiplier your less likely to be bus limited in your o/c
