A64 3000+ 939, Multiplier question

Hi, im trying to oc a 939pin A64 3000+ on a Abit AV8 mobo.

Ive got the FSB running at about 245, 1.475V w/ 9x multiplier..

That seems pretty stable, but now i want to change the Multiplier, which is currently on 9x, but my only options in BIOS are 5,6,7,8,9 nothing higher than 9. Surely i should be able to select 10,11 etc? Is something wrong here or is this just normal?
 
You can't raise the multiplier on an Athlon 64. Only the FX processors support upward multipliers. You'll get better performance from overclocking the HTT speed instead of raising the multiplier anyways.
 
ahh okay, i thought they wernt multiplier locked for some reason. thanks for the correction, and the tip about HTT.
