A3500+ Cooling Solution

Just bought an Athlon 3500+ 939 along with an Abit AV8.
I am thinking of going with water cooling, I like the Koolance systems because they keep the cases clean and less cluttered. I was looking at the PC3-410BK, but I would like to not be totally broke so I took a second look at air cooling it seems that just to get a decent heatsink/fan it'll cost $50+ plus money for a decentcase seems like i will only save ~$100 How well does the pc3 perform is it worth the extra money?
