A10-87009 with windows 10 or 8.1

Using Windows 10. Would windows 8.1 be faster with this chip? I'm using latest adrenaline driver which may not be a good thing. the original HP driver from 2015 seems better oddly.

id stick with 10. i havent touch 8 is ages but i remember my old system running better after upgrading it to 10. did you also install the chipset drivers? better how?
