I'm going to venture a BIG FAT NO!!!!

Who the hell appreciates vacuum tube sound except audiophiles? And what audiophiles purchases Creative sound cards for music purposes?

No, although IIRC there was a motherboard marketed about a decade ago which used tubes as part of the integrated audio.

In any case, vacuum tubes would be pointless since the soundcard would still require a DAC.

Actually, it has been done, as Teh Lurv up there said. Never since that I know of. If you want a tube amp, you attach a dedicated tube amp, and likely your own dedicated DAC as well. At that point the onboard hardware doesn't matter so long as you can bitstream.

Not only is it impractical, its also a lot harder to meet the power requirements of a vacuum tube amplifier from a PCIe bus

highly highly doubt it. Most hardcore audiophiles (the people who purchase such a thing) would rather have a dedicated tube pre-amp and a DAC. Check out head-fi.org and see what I mean.

Just like a video card add another way to get more power to it..

As far as interference goes, the inside of a computer case is not the most friendly environment for high end audio gear.

Also, aside from power concerns, vacuum tubes run hot, are very costly, and can be quite large.

The bottom line is that while it is certainly doable, anyone looking for audiophile grade tube sound is more likely to run an external DAC and tube amplifier, and thus the market for an "internal" tube solution is likely quite small.

If someone thought there was a market for vacuum tubes, they'd sell them.

The extra PCIe connectors only provide more current to the video card afaik.
Most vacuum tubes typically need extremely high voltages..
