Would build my own, Untangle on a pc, dual gigbit network cards, 1-2 access points, then a nice wireless N pci card.

Especially if you have these parts laying around, then money literally isnt an object. I like pfsense, but would also love to try untagle.

untangle is awesome, I personally run a Astaro 220 rack mounted unit at home running 8.002.
