A Utility to Show Disk Usage by Directory (Windows)

I'm sorting out a drive that has historically been used as a communal depository for several users' files and downloads. The drive is a 40GB drive, but is currently showing that it's about 35GB full.

Upon browsing the top-most directories, I cannot find where all the space is using. I'd like to find a utility that will read the directory structure and show which directories are using the most disk space.

I'm going to be running this on an NTFS box under Windows XP.

I've used the trial of Raxco Diskstate many a times to find "lost space"

WinDirStat is completely free and works great for me. I've used it and found some horribly large files that I forgot were on my hard drive. Here's the link: http://windirstat.sourceforge.net/
