im really thinking of getting one since they are decent price.

now i watch a lot of anime and divx files and stuff i heard that if i get this card, that i wont be able to play them? is that true? if so then i dont want it. =(
 
That is not true at all. There are absolutely NO broadly used applications or files that will not run between nVidia and ATI video cards, at least none that I know of. Applications are designed to get the largest market share and they do this by being more compatible.
