Feb 12, 2004 #3 W weapon-- Gawd Joined May 29, 2001 Messages 964 just about any 120 that you can coax into running at 7 volts will be quiet enough... a rheostat, baybus or other fan controller will do the trick or you can just hardwire the fan to run at 7v.
