A quick Question on AMD64 OC'ing

Okay, so I've got this system in my sig, except for the 6800GT which is currently a 9800pro (Stock). Now, I wanna try overclocking, so on my mobo, the Asus A8V un the frequencies and volts in the bios I have these settings under manual mode:


CPU FSB Frequency - 215mhz (that's the current I have it set to, default is 200mhz)
AGP/PCI Frequency - Auto (what is this exactly? It has two other options that I don't get)
66.66/33.33
75.4/37.7
DDR Voltage - 2.6v
AGP Voltage - 1.5v
V-Link Voltage - 2.5v (don't know that is either)


I'm a noob to overclocking, I didn't really search or anything to find my answers, for that I apologize. Now according to CPU-Z my multiplier is 11, how do I change that? I think that's all for now, my temps are ok, right now I'm at 2.397ghz, haha. But there really isn't that big of a difference between 2.2ghz and 2.4ghz is there?
 
Update. I was running prime95 for a bout an hour and a half at a solid 52 C so that's not bad right? I noticed that if I went over 2.4ghz when I tried to run internet explorer and firefox they crapped out and crashed, when I went down they're running fine. I guess I can't go higher than 2.4ghz.
 
52C is merely okay, though not the best temps really. It can limit your overclocking experience. The jump from 2.2 to 2.4 GHz is actually a lot of difference. You will notice a nice speed bump after 200 mhz. The AGP/PCI should be locked because they don't enjoy the extra speed. Only the FSB for the CPU does.
