I am almost sold on this mouse. The question I have is, does this mouse "skip" at all? Does anyone who own one know?

I really want to know, because this is the reason why I am getting a new mouse to begin with. Right now, if I move my mouse to fast, the cursor doesnt go anywhere, it just skips.

Thanks for all of your help!

No skipping with any of the Logitech MX series as far as I know of, and no skipping with my MX310.

I know what you're talking about, my old standard Logitech optical did it too.

this mouse is the shiznit, i was skeptical about optical technology because of the 'skip' but i assure you this thing does not skip. BUY IT NOW!!

i have yet to know of any optical mouse skipping or having slow response rate. when i say any, i mean including wireless. i think its all psycological. you should not hesitate getting new logitech mouse. including wireless.

It only skips slightly when making minute movements. The lower the sensitivity, the less noticeable it is.

It's only available at best buy... so you won't see them anywhere but there.

I'd go with the MX500 if I were you though, I have it and there is absolutely nothing bad about it, well, unless your lefty.
