I have a Chieftec Full tower, with a 80mm fan hole in the side, currently I do not have a fan in this slot.

I have two 80mm fans up front, and two in the rear, plus a Vantec AeroFlow on my CPU. My temps hover around 40-45 at load, but lately with the heat of summer and this sucky new apartment, it is idling at 45.

What I was thinking of doing was getting one of those things from Directron, kinda looks like the tube that goes behind your dryer. Anyway, getting one of those, running it from the top of my AeroFlow to the 80mm fan on the side.

I was thinking I would stack an 80mm Tornado, and then like another 80mm NMB or something. Use the NMB during normal times to push air past the tornado, wouldn't be a ton of air, but would be a bit. Maybe even set the tornado to 5v during those times. And then during Gaming, crank that tornado up to between 7-12V and have her humming along, pushing some good cold fresh air down the tube right to my HSF.

Do you think this would work? Or is my thought process flawed?
 
The tornado would be dragging or pushing the other fan due to it's insane RPM's. If you want to put 2 fans in a chain like that I would recomend getting 2 identical fans so that they spin at the same RPM. If you put the fans on a controller, be sure to put them on the same control knob so they run at the same RPM at any speed. Another thing to considder with the tornado is noise. These things are louder than my microwave oven. If the noise is not going to be an issue for you, get 2 tornados and a seat belt. :D
 
Yea, I know the tornados are mini-jet engines, but what else out there moves a lot of air? I am not a big fan buff, I use all NMB stuff from Directron right now, quiet and move descent air. But I really want a wind tunnel.
