A question about my VM Gamer's Edge

I had a chance to play with my new VM Gamers' Edge over the weekend. I am mostly satisfied with the build although I am a little concerned about the CPU temperature. I have a qx6700, cooled using Velocity's new Liquicool3 Pro cooler. At default settings (stock speed, default VCore, etc.) the cores are idling at around 49C. At full load on all 4 cores using Orthos, the temperature jumped to 71C. (Ambient room temperature is around 24C.) Now, considering the power consumption of the cores, I think this might be OK for Intel's stock fan but I was expecting a little cooler operation with the cooling system that I have. At these temperatures, I really don't have room for any future overclocking. However, in one of the threads here, ChrisMorley mentioned that with this new cooler, OCing of qx6700 to 3.46 GHz is possible (I'm assuming he meant OCing with an acceptable temperature and a stable operation). Anyhow, with that prelude, my question is: Are the temperatures I am getting normal for qx6700 at stock speed with Liquicool3 pro? By the way, the temperatures were read from Intel's thermal analysis tool, and I am quoting the temperatures averaged over the four cores.
