Hey guys, tried google, but all it comes up with is subjective stuff.

I wanna buy a digicam, and just wonder if anyone can post a pic taken from a 2megapixel digicam, 3megapixel, and 4 megapixel one.

Prefferably in original JPG format, not resized or anything.

If you have any of these cams, just take a pic of anything and please post it up.

thanks ;p

3.2 Fuji, cost me $151 from new egg. Both pics are 3.2m they look better as they get smaller :)

I would have, if I knew it existed :D

is a 2 ghz athlon the same as a 2 ghz P4? no.

a 3 mp canon is not the same as a 3 mp HP.

Image quality is what you should be looking for, not megapixels...

hehe, although you are right, I should at least know what an average 2mp, 3mp or 4mp digicams are like.

I can always log onto cnet and see that X cam is ok. But i need to know wether i need a 2mp, 3mp or 4mp for my needs.

Makes sense?

Shouldn't you be more interested in quality not hugeness? (In related to a bad photo from a 4 mp camera.) The best thing to do if you want a size/print quality comparison is to get the 3/4/5 mp photos from the same camera. You can, with I imagine all cameras, adjust the resolution depending on what your output is going to be. (No sense in capturing a 4 mp image if you are just emailing it.

I wanted to say it but figured it would be a lost cause.

MP count is far from the only thing that matters and it's key that you keep that in mind when chosing whats best for you
