Hello Everyone, this is my first post so please be gentle with me :D

I am just getting into building my first system, I have read that RAID 5 is a good way to go, but RAID 6 is better if you lose 2 drives. I am looking at the Areca 1222 card, it is capable of doing RAID 6, I just need to know what kind of Hard Drives would be the best to get. I am looking at the Western Digital 2 tb green drives right now, but don't know if those would be good enough.

This system will mainly be used for media storage right now. maybe something else down the line.
