A-MVA panels?

BenQ FP241W and FP241VW were excellent MVA displays. It's sad that BenQ discontinued both models.
 
My Samsung TV has an AU Optronics MVA panel.

Pretty good except for the viewing angle shift, which is quite hideous.
 
The NEC LCD24WMGX3 I have re-packed here also has the AU Optronics A-MVA Panel.

Viewing angle is decent, but it's all an illusion, there is a lot of color shift which is, as the previous poster said, hideous.

Also, it ghosts. A lot more than usual.

Colours aren't all that fancy even (It's standard gamut).

I am sure the US will be getting this monitor soon, when the real scrutiny will begin.
 
I actually just traded my parents my gateway fhd 2400 for what used to be their LG L2000C. I like it better, and the next time I feel like being a little spec whore, I'll try to keep this particular case in mind=]
