How dare you question Superman's strength?
Seriously though, you are absolutley right. It is going to to take a lot of hard team work to accomplish our goal of being number one. There are already a lot of things in works as far as organization and recruitment are concerned. The next step is to make sure we support these projects so that they succeed.
