I expect features are the only difference. All three probably perform the same. Go to EVGA website and read the specs and then choose the one with the features you want/need. Don't pay extra for features you don't need. I recently bough the base Asus P5K because it was close to $100.00 less than the deluxe version and the extra features on the deluxe version I don't need.

im trying to get an SLI board for my setup (Ill be running 8800GTX SLI)

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813188019

and

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813188015

there is a considerable price difference.. which one is the best bang for my buck?

ill be running Gskill DDR2-800 Ram and E6850 cpu..

As it was explained to me the TR is an older version of this board and has plenty of the 'early 680i' problems.

The real difference between the A1 and T1 models is in packaging and warranty. The A1 comes with all the bells and whistles as well as a lifetime warranty. The T1 is two or three year warranty with no cables and whatnot.
