I love me some mechanical (called bucking spring) keyboards with a passion. I finally found some mechanical keyboards after some looking, a company called Unicomp still makes the original IBM AT style keyboard. I usually go through a couple of keyboards a year, and have yet to break one of these Unicomp keyboards after 4 years of service. And they were relatively cheap, at around $60 a pop.
