A+GPB, how is their psu?

The A+GPB PSUs I saw inside looked cheap, with sheet metal heatsinks and smaller transformers than other PSUs of comparable power ratings.

NewEgg sells Fortron-Source (Fortron, Sparkle, Hi-Q, PowerQ) so cheaply, so why bother pinching pennies? Keep in mind that this is from a penny pincher who hasn't paid more than $15-20 for a PSU in the past couple of years.
