My friend's power supply died on him so he got an Antec to replace it - link. It's a fine power supply, but it is larger than his old one (a cheap one that came with the case) and his 4870 won't fit now. the measurements are 3.4" x 5.9" x 6.1", it's the length of 6.1" that's the issue. He needs another new power supply for a build he's doing and plans on moving the Antec to that system. So now he needs a smaller sized good quality power supply for this system - he'd rather not spend a fortune, we're looking at $50-$75. I've been browsing the Egg, but not all PS's have their sizes listed, and now I'm tired of looking. A new case is not an option, this is a HTPC and he likes the case. Suggestions?
Here are a couple pics to show what I mean...

Yeah, he will need a stupid small PS. I would like to have seen the one that was originally in there, but he already tossed it. I'll keep my eyes open, thanks.

One I've recently spotted that should do the trick is the SilverStone Strider Plus ST50F-P 500W. It's just barely above your price range ($79.99) but is fully modular and only 140mm (5.51") long. I've been thinking about it for a future mini-ITX build because many of the case reviews I've seen gripe about the more standard 150mm length of most medium wattage modular power supplies bumping into drives/cooling fans.

I've never used a SilverStone PSU but they seem to get pretty good reviews.

If you really want to stick with the cheaper end and being modular isn't important, the Antec 500W Basiq is also only 5.5" long (according to their web site).

I stand corrected, that nexus is way shorter at 125mm. Looks like a great option for small cases.
