A few noobish questions

So I am building a new system and I intend to go triple video cards (2 in sli for main monitor and one for second and third monitors). I currently own 2 8800 gts 640's and an 8800gt but in my current system all of them are too close together and they can't cool at all. My plan for the new rig is to continue air cooling my cpu (QX9650) with my SI-120 and water cool just the 8800 gts's. I am getting a coolermaster cosmos ESA and I wanted to use an ESA water cooler as well. I am looking at the coolermaster aquagate max. I noticed that the radiator for the aquagate is aluminum, however the blocks I was planning on using (EK) are copper. Is that going to be a problem? I know that the aquagate radiator is designed to fit the cosmos case so it'd be really convenient, but I'm not about to put something together if it's going to corrode. Also one other quick question. Do the cards need to be set up in two separate cooling loops or will it work to go straight from one to the other? Thanks in advance.

If you use a solution of 20% propylene glycol, you should be fine...

And, you can go straight from 1 card to the other.

And, ideally, if you want to really prevent any corrosion, try to isolate the radiator from the case metal. See, galvanic corrosion can ONLY occur when both dissimilar metals are in a solution, AND are directly touching eachother through a conductive ground. Basically, it makes a battery... and batteries don't push power if their terminals aren't connected!

Mount the rad with nylon 6-32 bolts (can be bought at home depot) and rubber gaskets between the radiator metal and the fans/case so the rad is totally electrically isolated from the case.

Your waterblocks will be grounded by the chips they're touching, so you can't isolate them...

If you carefully insert the bay portion of that kit, and use nylon bolts, I'm guessing it won't short to ground either (It is anodized, so it it won't readily conduct electricity). The less path to ground the better.
 
um im just curious why you want an ESA water setup? coolant temp doesnt matter as long as your core temps are ok, same thing with flow, and you shouldnt have fluid levels drop unless there is a leak, so what is the draw?

Can I use tripple / duo radiator horizontally - like putting it on the top of your maschine??

Well, the whole setup will be ESA, including case PSU and water cooler so it's partially just to have all that but also the aquagate seems like a really convenient solution. I like that the pump and reservoir and what not are in the drive bay unit and it looks awesome in the front. Also I believe you can use the ESA system to do some neat stuff like change the case LED colors according to water temp. In the end I guess it's just flair but sometimes that's just what's needed.
