A few general questions about features

[ComputerBox34]

-When in User CP and I click "event reminders" on the left side bar, I get access denied. Is there a reason for this or is it just a fluke?

-Some vBull forums that I go on have the option for 60, 75, and even 100 PPP. Would that be easy to implement here or just break the forums?

-These same forums also have a feature that will block people from posting in a thread after a certain period of time preventing bumping of threads 6+ months old. Might help the mods out (and readers) if this is implemented here.

-Another feature out there that allows you to hide spoilers. Essentially, you just type

Spoiler

spoiler goes here

and then a button shows up which you have to click to reveal the spoiler. I thought it was nifty.

-Will youtube embedding ever happen here or is kyle against it?

Thanks for your help and making this place the best forum on the interwebs.

We do not use the events feature.

More PPP do exert more stress on the database. Default is 20 here, 40 can be set.

We have no big issues with thread necro that i see needing to be addressed.

You can hide your spoilers by simply matching the text to the background color if you wish. Also our community is pretty handy on tagging spoiler threads with SPOILERS in the title. I have seen no big issue here that needs to be addressed.

Video embedding is something that is being considered.
