I've got Dual 2400s OCed to 2.1ghz (2600+). They sit at about 49C/120F and 47C/117F at idle and in the mid 50's during CS/DoD. Thows are the only games I can play untill I get a video card for this 
The stock heatsinks/fans have been replaced with copper Startech ones. Not my first choice but I didn't replace them. Details here
I have a 40mm intake fan blowing accross the processors from the back of the case, and an 80mm intake beind the bezel. Another 80mm exaust fan I've cut in the top plus, the power supply exaust fans. All that gives me a case temp of about 32C/90F with a room temp of around 26C/79F.
I would like to know if I should be happy with these tempratures or not? I was goin to replace These 60mm startech fans but then I realized they push 42 CFM and that seems like alot for their size, but is CFM eveything or does fan design have more to do with it? I don't know what kind of thermal compound is on them but I'm going to assume its just the crap that comes on the bottom of the heatsink.
