Hi guys, I was starting up my REALLY old HP, 733MHz, Anyway, once it started it says:

A disk read error occurred
Press Ctrl+alt+del to restart

What could this be?

My CD Drives aren't hooked up to mobo, nor is the FDD, is that it?

It most likely means your hd is losing its magnatism, and has lost part of the os. Is it giving the message while its booting or in windows???
