A-Data vs Geil

i found a 1Gb A-data stick that will clock at 800Mhz with cas 5-5-5-15 @ 1.8v from the specs for aroung 50€ and a Geil one that will clock the same with cas 4-4-4-12 @ 2.1v
for 70€.
is the A-data memory good?
is there any hope the A-data will match the geil cas bumping up the voltage???
what can i expect from these modules when i lower the frequencies in term of better latencies?
