It was a bit difficult coming up with a build as he doesn't have a specific budget or any specific requirements. This is what I have come up with. Let me know if anything should be changed. He has picked the case himself and like the AIO cooler, so unless their is a good reason not to use either.

Looks like you've picked everything already, what components are you doubting?

I would suggest a SFX PSU rather than an ATX one. Do get a GPU with a blower fan as this will improve cooling in the case and cut noise. You might need to move to Nvidia here. You might also drop the HDD entirely and go for a 500 GB SSD.

If i use a SilverStone ST55F-G instead of the SEASONIC G-550 how would it effect the build?
This is my first SFF gaming build, I put two budget builds together before so I wanted to make sure I had selected suitable parts.

It's smaller, leaving more room inside the case thus easing airflow.

What SFX PSU would you recommend for this build?

I recommend the Silverstone SFX modular 450W.
