Some users have recently had their accounts hijacked. It seems that the now defunct EVGA forums might have compromised your password there and seems many are using the same PW here. We would suggest you UPDATE YOUR PASSWORD and TURN ON 2FA for your account here to further secure it. None of the compromised accounts had 2FA turned on.
Once you have enabled 2FA, your account will be updated soon to show a badge, letting other members know that you use 2FA to protect your account. This should be beneficial for everyone that uses FSFT.
Actually, you won't find any... I've only seen about 3 articles where people make their own ram cooling (with water that is), but it's definitely worth it. You'll have to make one/have one made specific to your cards surface mounting stuff, otherwise it won't work, and how would you secure it to the card?
well the retail/saphire 9800xt's are the same thing... guess it's true that kits coming out today would be a bad idea since asus and everyone are getting into the ati market...
and how they would attach?
easy... run some all thread through the mounting holes on the card and go to town on the back of the other block... or that and the adition of a pair of vice grips...
looks like i'd also have to go with their GPU block as the outlets on the maze4 wouldn't work... not to mention the retention mech... and the size of it...
HMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM... <ponders>
seems they also make ram coolers for the 5800, 9700, and regular 9800 as well....
of course, it's germany, so i'll have to sell my left testical for shipping... or wait till i'm old and gray...
overseas shopping always seems to take the fun away from impulse buying...
