9800XT + random shutdown + won't boot

This isn't actually TheCowBoy, this is a friend of his borrowing his name.

I recently purchased the ATi 9800XT, and it arrived today, and I put it in my machine with no problems. I installed the drivers and began playing my games at max detail, to much delight, when, right as I was leaving for dinner, the machine randomly shut down, and now, I can't boot up, even though the LEDs on the motherboard are lit up, and so is my mouse and so is my keyboard. I removed the CMOS and put it back in, with no result. I've unplugged the machine, the motherboard, everything, still no booting.
