9800XT Not working right

I have a Radeon 9800XT for AGP, and its not working correctly.

Nothing will show up on the screen. But, it gets hot like its working, and the computer doesnt beep like there is no video card installed. I've tried it in two different computers, same result.

Power cord is plugged up, and I've tried both the DVI and the VGA.

Any suggestions? I'd like to get this card running in a second machine of mine. o.o

There is a little tiny switch on the back too, what does that do? It has two little tinyyyyyyyy flip switches.

Flip switches? Can you be more descriptive? What model is this card?

If those are flip switches afterall I suggest you leave them alone until you figure out what they do..
